Doctor in a Spay and neuter clinicCompassion without Borders is a firm believer in local solutions to the problems facing the animals in Mexico. That is why we work hard to give local advocates and veterinarians the tools and training they need to implement their own humane reform.

This coming weekend, October 1st and 2nd, we will be holding a high volume spay/neuter clinic and teaching seminar in Casas Grandes, Mexico, where we will be sterilizing over 100 animals and teaching local veterinarians how to perform high quality, high volume spay and neuter.

Compassion without Borders has been working with the government in Casas Grandes for over five years now and has ended electrocution in the region and helped to promote the spay/neuter solution for many years. {Read more about a previous spay neuter clinic in the region here}.

After Casas Grandes, we will be heading to Delicias, Mexico for another teaching clinic in late October. Again we will be holding a sterilization training clinic, whilst also performing roughly 100 free spay/neuter surgeries.

This training is desperately needed throughout Mexico where animal overpopulation is rampant and spay/neuter programs virtually non-existent. Compassion without Borders forges forward, once city at a time, sowing the seed of humane reform and giving local partners the tools, training, and models they need to bring about real change.

Help us to spread the seed of humane reform in Mexico. It costs just $25.00 to sponsor a spay/neuter surgery south of the border, preventing untold suffering. Donate today!
