Stationary Clinic in Juarez celebrates 4 years of free sterilization services!
Back in 2004, CWOB hatched a plan to open up a free, stationary clinic in Juarez that would offer high quality spays and neuters to the area’s low resource residents. After working in this region for a couple years, the need was all too evident and we were fortunate to find a great local animal protection group, Aprodea, to staff the clinic and serve as our local liaison.
Thanks to the generosity of various donors, foundations, and partner organizations, our dream became a reality and the clinic has been up and running for the past 4 years. Five days of the week we perform high volume, high quality sterilization for the animals of Juarez, Mexico and are thrilled to know that thanks to these efforts hundreds of thousands of animals have been prevented from every being born into the rough reality facing the majority of the animals roaming the streets of Juarez.
The Juarez clinic has sterilized over 6,126 animals!
Support our work today! Spay/neuter is the solution to the needless suffering of companion animals in Mexico.
