Compassion without Borders was recently contacted by an anonymous donor who has offered to donate up to $15,000.00 in matching funds to help us buy and operate a van for our international rescue and spay/neuter efforts. That means for every dollar we raise through this campaign, the anonymous donor will donate an equal amount – enabling us to double your donation!

We have been wishing for a van for over four years for our international rescue program.  We desperately need a van to continue our rescue. Up until this point we have been renting vehicles for each 24-hour drive from Mexico to California, and the cost associated with these rentals are draining our precious few resources. This van would dramatically decrease the cost of each rescue, enabling us to save hundreds more lives than we would otherwise be able to, and also allowing us to channel the funds saved into our other lifesaving programs.

The CWOB rescue van would literally be a dream on wheels for the animals of Mexico. Not only would it be used to rescue dogs, but also to bring down much needed donated supplies such as pet food, blankets, collars, leashes, medications, dog beds, etc. Every time we head down south we could bring a van full of these precious donations!  We could also use the van to bring down all of the supplies for our weeklong free spay and neuter clinics in Mexico…just think of the possibilities!
